Gentlemen buckle up because its about to get crazy confidence. Boosting your confidence looks very hard but in deep side it is very easy to be more confident than anyone. It is something that can be developed, So I identified five things that I have done and that have dramatically impacted my confidence, and today I'm sharing that five things to you guys, As once Mark Twain said, "All you need in this life is ignorance and confidence, and then success is sure".

First way to boost your confidence is your body language, It is the fundamental technique that impact your confidence. Out of 100% Body language takes 55% of communication.  Body language is more powerful than words move your body like a pro.  Not like that someone is walking with serious face with his hands in his pockets.



2. Elimination of Negativity

Negativity is more contagious than crabs negativity will destroys your confidence try to avoid negative people around you. We have these energy vampires all around us they might be at office, might be at College or they might be related  to us just try to eliminate these peoples which made you think about negativity or it will impact your confidence in a negative way.

3. Eye contact

when talking to someone you should make a Eye Contact to him. This will boost your confidence Ah, There is a problem staring too much will make him nervous. Later I'll post an article on Eye contact. 

4. Compliments

Compliment others it will boost your confidence in a positive way. Make others happy will make you happy in every situations of life. This happiness will boost your confidence like if you give a compliment to anyone in return they will also gives you a compliment this will boost your confidence and feels incredible.


5. Exercise

Exercise


Do something for your body every single day. Wake up early and do some exercise do at least one that is good for your body this might be go for a walk, this might be do some push ups or many others exercise. Take care of your body eat good do good this will make you fit and healthy and also boost your confidence make you more intellectual.
